About CPR-Assist

Established in 2004, CPR-Assist is a safety training center led by a Health & Safety Institute (HSI) authorized instructor. Serving the tri-state area, we offer training in life-saving skills, with the focus on muscle memory and technique to build skills and confidence.

 

Davien Rucker, Training Center Director and Instructor, has been in the medical field for over 17 years. Rucker's qualifications include serving as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Emergency Medical Technician, and Emergency Trauma Technician. He is currently a 

Health & Safety Institute (HSI) Approved Training Center / AVERT Approved Training Center

Volunteer Firefighter for the Willow Grove Volunteer Fire Company since 1995. Providing medical care to help others is his passion and plays a vital role in his life. In combination with his role as a father, the many career hats that he proudly wears, and various emergent experiences, Rucker delivers excellent classes really tailored to understand the many life-threatening scenarios that may become a potential reality for individuals and organizations. He believes sharing experiences and specific examples that are outside of the box helps equip students with the necessary skills and tools required to feel confident in providing appropriate care if they ever face a potential life-threatening circumstance.
